课件上面没错，DCF 是要account for time value of money的。书上的这句话，原话是In long-term projects (greater than 12 months), DCF methods are superior to methods that do not account for the time value of money and project risk. 意思是对于超过十二个月的长期的projects而言，DCF的方法更加优先于（好于）那些没有时间价值的方法。也就是说，NPV和IRR，因为有DCF method 的方法好于其他的方式去测量project.

但是书上299页说：
DCF method do not accounts for the time value.
所以想确认一下。
